Our services

We’re a three-person studio for the interiors industry: former magazine journalists, each with more than 20 years in interiors media, and an in-house designer. We’re based in London, but our clients don’t have to be. Pick the part you need, or the whole picture. Branding works well as a fixed-price project on its own; Storytelling and Standout tend to build on top of it, piece by piece or on a retainer.
01

Storytelling

Content people actually read, in one consistent voice on every channel.

LinkedIn

We establish, write and design your LinkedIn presence, posting for you every week, whether your brand speaks with one voice or several. We create the visuals too, plus a set of branded templates for the days you have no photo, so a quote, a stat or a quick thought still goes out looking polished and on brand. We also run your LinkedIn newsletter end to end, written and posted.

Newsletters and lifecycle

For newsletters, we design the templates and write the issues if you need us to, working in your chosen platform, and delivering each one laid out and ready for your approval. We keep across the analytics too, pulling together clear reports on which posts are performing best, so the content gets sharper the longer we work together. We also build the lifecycle around it: welcome sequences, re-engagement flows and follow-up emails.

Marketing collateral

We produce your wider marketing collateral too, from client welcome packs and presentation decks to press releases, so every touchpoint beyond the newsletter still looks and sounds like you.

Podcasts

We develop and launch podcasts from the first idea: the format, the running order, the guests and the questions that make each episode hold together. We write the sponsorship pack that helps fund it, then use every episode as content and a reason for the press to call. Heart & Home, which we developed and launched with interior designer Lisa Hensby, is the proof.

Strategy

Branding, positioning and the website. The foundations everything else stands on.

Brand identity

The brand itself: logo, colour palette and brand book, built or refreshed by our in-house Brand and Creative Director, Sam, so the visual identity is actually designed, not templated.

Brand voice

The words you use about yourself, the order you say them in, and the line you hold when everyone else in the market is saying something similar. We do the unglamorous end too: tone of voice guides and messaging hierarchies.

Direction

Strategy also covers the bigger picture: helping you hone your services and sharpen your direction, so everything else gets easier and faster.

Websites

We design, write and build websites on Shopify, so the site carries the brand as well as everything else does, and you can update it yourself once it’s live. Lisa Hensby’s site is ours, and so is the one you’re reading.
03

Standout

PR, press coverage and partnerships, in the titles your clients actually read.

Press and journalist requests

We write and place the stories that get you noticed: press releases drafted and distributed to the right titles, opportunities chased while they are still open, and journalist requests answered fast and in your voice. We also run press offices for trade associations, where the story is the members, the issues and the events rather than a product.

Imagery and trend reports

We supply the images and product samples the press need, and keep you ahead of the conversation with trend reports that position you as a voice on where the industry is heading.

Photography and events

We commission and brief the photographers, for interiors and for portraits of you and your team, so the imagery is good enough for the titles you want to be in. We also plan and run press days and launch events so the story lands exactly as intended.

Partnerships and sponsorship

We put together the partnership and sponsorship packs that turn a profile into backing: who you are, what you offer a partner and why it’s worth their while. Getting noticed is half the job. Getting brands to put their name and money behind you is the other half.
